Kyushu Craft Aged Beef is a sister brand of Yasaki Beef that uses only Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu.

With the desire to ``want more people to know the deliciousness of aged meat,'' we brought together the techniques of Kagamiyama Farm and created this product.

We carefully select high-quality lean beef suitable for aging produced by producers who align with Kagamiyama Farm's philosophy, and, like Yasaki beef, we pour our craftsmanship into producing it.
